The majority of our routes are shorter than average and regional, which means you’ll almost never have to miss a day being home with friends or loved ones.
Most of our trucks run 24/7 meaning we can work with you to schedule the hours that fit your lifestyle the best. This is also great for college students wanting to earn a degree while working. If you want to take a full schedule of classes and work 2 or 3 day weekends, we may be able to fit your schedule!
What are the benefits for driving for CTC?
Our benefits include Medical/Dental/Vision/Life Insurance and 401k participation. We also offer $3,000 sign on bonuses for drivers that qualify. More details can be explained during the interview.
The longer you drive for us, the more you get paid! We offer pay raises the longer you drive and also offer unlimited referral bonuses if you refer other people to drive for us.
